On June 19, 2008 Bill Henderson was riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle and hit gravel only going 30 mph. He was thrown from his bike and hit a brick pillar. He sustained head injuries, a fractured C7 vertabrae in his neck, a fractured shoulder and blood on the brain.

Only by God's grace is he still alive. The night before we had ministered
at a powerful meeting in Denver. After the service as Bill encouraged the people to forgive those who have hurt them, a man approached him and told him his whole life was changed by the word. He went on to say that he had just signed divorce papers that day and was going to do something terrible.

We know the devil hates this mighty warrior, Bill Henderson. He just returned from the devastated country of Myanmar and was used greatly there.

The miracle is that there were no broken bones, and even more so the
accident happened a block from home where neighbors who are Christians acted quickly keeping him still and keeping him awake, not to mention praying over him.

He was released from the hospital 24 hours after the accident. The only
known patient to go from ICU - Trauma Center in Colorado Springs directly home.

We cannot thank those of you who prayed enough your love, prayers, phone calls and emails.

There is an account being set up for Bill's medical expenses. We were told when we got motorcycle insurance that it was "full coverage". Our agent failed to tell us it did not include medical insurance.

Bill has vowed to wear a helmut, although in Colorado it is not mandatory. We believe because he had on the helmut of salvation, he was graciously spared by God's mercy!

Brother Bill, while riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle only 30 MPH, hit a patch of gravel and was thrown from his Harley headlong into a brick pillar!

Bill was rushed by paramedics to the ICU Trauma Center. Quoting a report from Bill’s precious wife, Mary Ann, “Bill sustained head injuries, a fractured C7 vertebrae in his neck, a fractured shoulder and blood on his brain.”

The trauma center doctors told Mary Ann, “If the fracture in your husband’s neck had been about two inches higher, he would have been permanently paralyzed from the neck down!”

Doesn’t this sound just like a satanic attack straight from the pit of hell? Doesn’t this outrageous attempt by the devil to steal our Brother Bill from us just make you fighting mad? I know you share in my righteous anger at the devil.

This hellacious attack directed against Brother Bill was almost successful. Mary Ann shared, “Our neighbor, who was first on the accident scene, told us Bill was unconscious and did not have a pulse.”

Shockingly, Mary Ann said, “Bill’s right eye was popped out of socket! The Christian neighbor acted quickly and pushed his eye back in place!”

Also, Mary Ann has a matchless, God-breathed anointed singing voice that I liken unto the angels above. Her singing, along with her powerful prophetic anointing, is God’s arrow gravely piercing the heart of the devil’s work.

It’s easy to see why the devil wants to kill and destroy Bill and Mary Ann.

As dear friends of these great Saints of God, we must stand in the gap for them and fight back against the forces of hell! Here are two ways we can fight back:

1) PRAY and INTERCEDE for Bill and Mary Ann! Consider a time of fasting and prayer to thwart the works of darkness and shatter all satanic assign- ments that hell’s minions are attempting to carry out against them.

2) GIVE GENEROUSLY, SACRIFICIALLY AND HILARIOUSLY TO HENDERSON INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES!! THIS IS OUR CHANCE TO “HAVE THEIR BACK!”
