We have just received word that Bill is invited to travel to Myanmar as part of a Disaster Relief Recon Team, departing on Sunday, May 10, 2008. As you may have heard by now the death toll due to the severity of the cyclone is expected to exceed 100,000 people. The country of Myanmar is just now beginning to crack open it's doors and let workers come in.
Bill has been appointed by "Smile of A Child" under the direction of Jan Crouch from Trinity Broadcasting Network to go in and assess the devastation and come back, only to go out again to bring larger teams with food and aid and preach the gospel of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ to this ravaged country.
We are in need of support during this time in order to complete the task and calling at hand.
